A New Friend. A Bottle Of Wine. See What Happens.

Today is National New Friends Day.

 Your next best friend might be someone you haven’t met yet. Or it may be the person you’ve waved to for six months but never actually sat down with.

That’s one reason I love Come Over October.

The idea is incredibly simple:

Invite people in. Put something on the table. Open a bottle. Spend some actual time together.

You don’t need an elaborate dinner party. You don’t need the “perfect” bottle.

You just need to make the plan. 

Maybe invite someone who doesn’t already know everyone else.

Then see what happens.

Wine was never really the point. Connection was.
